Cards That I use for performing readings - Along with my opinion

Gods and Goddesses cards

Absolutely love them. But be careful if you are buying them. The deck does not come with any guide book. On back of each card you find a specific Sanskrit Mantra (Usually very long) with some three to four bullet points as indicative meaning of the cards. So it might be tough for someone to use, if you do not have basic understanding of Hindu mythology and what archetype energy each God or Goddess denote.

I love the cards as they help me ground my reading with the natural energies of the Gods and Goddesses and the energies they bring to reading.

The Osho Zen Tarot

The deck is more than any regular Tarot cards. This 79 card tarot deck is not so much for “fortune-telling” and outer events, as it is for reflection and meditation upon what’s going on inside. “Zen” says that what’s going on in your outer world is a reflection of your inner world. The extra card in this deck represents the 'master', who can guide you in your life and help you to navigate life more consciously. This tarot reading is most helpful for transitions and transformation.  The artwork on this deck is stunningly beautiful. There are correlations with the traditional tarot deck, although not quite the same. I bought this deck at least 10 years ago. At that time it came with a condense version of guide book. But I feel one should read a detailed guide book.

I am placing the link to the guide book here below the deck. I really recommend the book as it opens new doors to Tarot reading by showing you another perspective towards life.

The Gita Deck: Wisdom From the Bhagavad Gita

I love this deck. The cards are very sturdy and look as described. The paintings of the Gods and Goddesses are beautiful. Each card has a verse from Bhagvad Gita on the back. Someone with interest in Hindu pantheon and Bhagvad Gita should buy it. I would definitely recommend it.
Each card has a verse from Bhagvad Gita on the back. Please note that you need to have read Bhagvad Gita to use these cards. If not the passage behind the cards can be confusing. Also, for anyone curious about Hinduism, you will be taken by the beauty of this deck!!! But I cannot stress upon the per-knowledge of Bhagvad Gita.  Here are some translations of Bhagvad Gita that I recommend.

This is a translation of Bhagvad Gita from Sanskrit to English with authors illustrations. I love the illustrations provided in this book. You can also find the original Sanskrit text in this book. A very detailed book and will help you to understand role of karma in life as it was understood traditionally.

This book is my favorite, provides the urban translation of Bhagvad Gita. The author takes many liberties and does not present the original Bhagvad Gita as it is. But it is worth reading it. I love the because, he related the book with our modern times. But if you read this book without reading the other book mentioned above then you might get confused on certain occasions.

I hope you enjoy the Gita series (The deck + Books)

Best deck I've used—really speaks to me and, it's been freakishly accurate. I pair this with Ascendant Masters deck and get some pretty astounding results.

This deck is awesome for doing readings. John Holland took out all the court cards, and I thought I would miss them. But I have to say I don't. He added 7 chakra cards, which are so helpful to see which chakra is being affected by the issue at hand, or which chakra needs activation in order to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this deck. All my clients love using it too.

Very positive tarot deck. It is related to traditional tarot enough to link the cards, however if you are really looking for 'Tarot' this may not be the deck for you to start with. It is very relationship-centered and love centered. The entire deck has a 'higher energies vibe' unlike some traditional Tarot decks. John's Psychic Tarot For The Heart gives relationship advice that is more helpful and more clear then Doreen's Romance card deck.Because of this I have recommend this card deck. Easy to clear and radiates positive energy, which in turn helps in building positive relationships. Rare for a tarot.
